To get hired by the airlines in India, one must pass different types of interviews with the airlines. This process applies to most of the airlines in India. We will prepare our students for these different stages of interview process, which may include but are not limited to technical, human resources, psychometric, written assessments, etc.
The Airline looks at everything in their pilot while hiring, such as past employment, schools, flying hours, background checks, community involvement, your attitude, your professionalism. It all matters while one is giving an interview for the post of a pilot. The airline that you are applying for will have a benchmark you need to meet to be successful and progress to the next stages of the interview process.
